The analysis covered several key categories for both voice call quality—via VoLTE and WhatsApp—and mobile Internet performance over 5G. The tests included download and upload speeds, transmission delays, and the comfort of streaming online video.

A total of 14 devices were installed in the test vehicle, including the latest Samsung S24 Ultra smartphones and advanced PCTEL GFlex and IBFlex signal analyzers, which enabled precise measurement of cellular network quality. Thanks to this setup, the team was able to thoroughly evaluate the services of all four major operators, focusing on both voice calls (VoLTE and WhatsApp) and 5G data transmission—covering speed, latency, and video streaming quality.

Mobile Internet Speed in the Pomeranian Voivodeship (2025)

File Transfer Success Rate – Download and Upload

Play achieved the highest download success rate at 99.24%, ahead of Orange (98.74%) and Plus (98.28%). T-Mobile posted the lowest—though still very good—score at 97.38%.

For upload, Play also led with 99.28%, followed closely by Orange (98.57%) and Plus (98.32%).
