The operator dominated the ranking, achieving an impressive average download speed of <strong>447.3 Mbps<\/strong> on 5G technology and <strong>64.3 Mbps<\/strong> on 4G LTE. In the category of lowest latency (Ping), which is crucial for gamers, the competition is more balanced\u2014here, <strong>Play<\/strong> (5G) and <strong>Orange<\/strong> (4G) perform best.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rfbenchmark.com\/en\/strategic-analysis-the-evolution-of-polands-mobile-network-landscape-2025\/\">Strategic Analysis: The Evolution of Poland\u2019s Mobile Network Landscape (2025)<\/a><br><br>The first RFBENCHMARK ranking of the new year is based on <strong>386,286 measurements<\/strong> performed by users of the mobile app in January 2026. Such a sample size allows for a reliable assessment of network quality on a nationwide scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In January, nearly half of all tests\u2014<strong>182,477 (47.2%)<\/strong>\u2014were conducted using <strong>5G technology<\/strong>. The <strong>4G LTE<\/strong> standard still enjoyed slightly higher popularity, with <strong>202,184 measurements (52.3%)<\/strong> carried out. The data indicates the unquestionable dominance of <strong>T-Mobile (447.3 Mbps)<\/strong>, which leads the second-place <strong>Orange (380.2 Mbps)<\/strong> by over 60 Mbps. A clear categorization of operators is noticeable: a leader, a strong runner-up, and a chasing group, in which <strong>Play (236.7 Mbps)<\/strong> and the trailing <strong>Plus (126.0 Mbps)<\/strong> achieve results significantly lower than the ranking winner, suggesting significant differences in 5G infrastructure performance in this aspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Average Data Upload Speed: T-Mobile (65.9 Mbps)<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upload speed, which determines the comfort of remote work and video conferencing, shows a much more even level of competition at the top. Although <strong>T-Mobile (65.9 Mbps)<\/strong> maintains the leader position, the differences relative to <strong>Orange (61.0 Mbps)<\/strong> and <strong>Play (56.3 Mbps)<\/strong> are relatively small, which may translate to similar user comfort across these three. <strong>Plus (29.7 Mbps)<\/strong> once again clearly lags behind the competition, offering bandwidth more than half as low as the market standards set by the other operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lowest Ping Value: Play (22.4 ms)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the category deciding network responsiveness (crucial for gamers), the dominance of the previous leader is broken in favor of the <strong>Play<\/strong> network, which recorded the lowest latency at <strong>22.4 ms<\/strong>. However, it should be noted that the differences at the top are marginal. The advantage over second-place <strong>Orange (48.5 Mbps)<\/strong> is clear, though not as drastic as in the case of the newer technology. In the lower part of the table, we observe almost identical performance from operators <strong>Play (43.7 Mbps)<\/strong> and <strong>Plus (42.4 Mbps)<\/strong>, where the difference is marginal and amounts to only 1.3 Mbps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Average Data Upload Speed: Play (23.9 Mbps)<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This category is characterized by the most even fight for first place. The leader of the listing is <strong>Play<\/strong> with a result of <strong>23.9 Mbps<\/strong>, however, <strong>T-Mobile (23.7 Mbps)<\/strong> trails by a statistically insignificant 0.2 Mbps. <strong>Orange<\/strong> places just behind the top two with a result of <strong>22.0 Mbps<\/strong>. A deviation from the market average is the result of the <strong>Plus<\/strong> network <strong>(18.0 Mbps)<\/strong>, which was the only one to fall below the 20 Mbps threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Lowest Ping Value: Orange (27.9 ms)<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding latency in the 4G network, <strong>Orange<\/strong> performs best, noting the lowest ping at <strong>27.9 ms<\/strong>. Competition at the top is very tight\u2014<strong>Play (28.7 ms)<\/strong> and <strong>T-Mobile (29.1 ms)<\/strong> offer parameters close to the leader, and differences are hard to detect in typical usage. The list is closed by <strong>Plus<\/strong> with a result of <strong>37.9 ms<\/strong>, which constitutes a delay 10 ms greater than the competition, which may already be significant for people using
